Our starters
- Crustaceans and fresh fish salad
- Scampi carpaccio with tomato bruschetta (toast with garlic and olive oil)
- Lobster, melon and celeriac cream
- Stuffed squids terrine and tomato
- Mussels soup with toast with garlic
First courses
- Vegetables soup with tomato sauce and bread slices
- Vermicelli (thin spaghetti) with garlic, oil, tuna botargo (pressed and dried tuna eggs) and toasted bread
- Durum-wheat linguine (flat spaghetti) with pesto sauce and clams
- Paccheri (short pasta) with sea food sauce and crustaceans
- Fettuccine (home made pasta like spaghetti) with lobster, tomato and ginger
Our fish main courses
- The Chef’s suggestion of the catch of the day, Ligurian style with potatoes, olives and pine-nuts or grilled
- Mixed fried fish and vegetables with a sweet and sour sauce
- Red tuna steak with herbs, fried peppers
- Swordfish roll Ligurian style
Our meat main courses
- Grille spiced beef loin with grilled vegetables and potatoes (min.2 people)
- Grilled beef fillet with ceps in oil, cherry tomato and onion
- Leg of chicken and fried vegetables
