Art at the Golden Palace
The Hall, aesthetics and functionality
Giving a symbolic welcome, to the new hotel Golden Palace and to the “new” and ever more dynamic Turin, is the large stone monolith, an extraordinary example of video art. A work by the video sculptor Fabrizio Plessi, realised exclusively for the Golden Palace, that alludes to the noble metals, to movement and energy.
The furniture, spare and elegant, is made of exclusive quality materials, set with objects of unstinting originality. The authentic gold flows and strong colour contrasts of two original works by Giovanni Lombardini open partition-like to enable enjoyment of the plasma monitors placed on the walls, in the American bar and in the rooms off the lobby.
